- Working with you on the acquisition of lands and the financing of your project;
- Liaising with your experts (planners, architects, engineers) to help make sure your development process is as seamless, direct and cost effective as possible. We are also able to direct you to local experts, if required;
- Preparing and finalizing Land Titles applications and clearing title issues;
- Providing advice with respect to your Tarion obligations;
- Drafting, negotiating, reviewing and registering all manner of easements, agreements, contracts and other development related documents as may be required by municipal, governmental and quasi-governmental bodies (including CN Rail, Metrolinx and utility providers);
- Drafting Agreements of Purchase and Sale (and Disclosure Documents in the case of Condominiums), and related sales documentation to facilitate sales to your end users;
- Advising with respect to closing matters and completing final closings to your end use purchasers (and completing interim closings with respect to Condominium purchasers).
We are able to provide block fee rates to ensure that your project can be completed within budget.
