Andrew D. Pringle

Mr. Pringle was born in Hamilton and raised in Ancaster, Ontario. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University in 1985 and his LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 1991. After his call to the Ontario Bar in 1993, Mr. Pringle worked in private practice for five years.

In 1998, Mr. Pringle became an in-house lawyer at a large, national electrical and mechanical contractor, as Corporate Counsel. He became Associate General Counsel in 2000 and then General Counsel in 2004. In 2005, Mr. Pringle moved back to private practice and to his home town of Ancaster, by joining Wynne, Dingwall & Pringle, which has grown into Wynne, Pringle, Jeske & Kovacs.

During his career, Mr. Pringle has practiced law in a wide range of areas. His practice is now restricted to business law, real estate, wills and estates. Mr. Pringle is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and Hamilton Law Association; He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Hamilton Golf & Country Club. He resides in Ancaster with his wife and two children, and his interests outside of law include traveling, golfing, skiing and running.
